Serves 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Chicken Breasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Egg beaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g Breadcrumbs (use store bought if you can)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Ground Cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Ground Turmeric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Ground Coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Dried Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Garlic Granules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tsp Onion Granules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre heat the oven to 200\u00b0C Fan \/ 220\u00b0C Electric \/ Gas Mark 7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix together the Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Oregano, Garlic Granules and Onion Granules in a bowl, once thoroughly mixed add the breadcrumbs and mix or toss around until its all combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the chicken in another bowl and add the beaten egg, coat very well then toss the chicken one by one into the breadcrumbs mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have coated the chicken once, put each piece back into the egg mixture and then back into the breadcrumbs so you double coat them, this adds a nice crunchy layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and place in the oven for around 30 minutes or until fully cooked through. This may take more time depending on how thick your chicken is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve and enjoy, serving suggestions I make is golden vegetable rice, tenderstem broccoli and green beans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-green-cyan-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-83d3d17937394f504a6ba9cf5e18c1ca wp-block-paragraph\"><br><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">TIP \u2013 Make it vegetarian by swapping the chicken for Quorn chicken, if you don\u2019t like egg you can swap the egg for a little oil, just coat once with oil and don\u2019t double coat.
